Whistleblower Policy

In compliance with the Danish Whistleblower Protection Act and the EU Whistleblower Directive, Inary provides a secure channel for reporting severe offenses, breaches of financial regulations, or severe breaches of internal policies.

Who can report?

This channel is available to our employees, former employees, job applicants, suppliers, business partners, and clients who have reasonably founded concerns about unlawful or highly unethical behavior tied to Inary.

Anonymity and Retaliation Protection

You may choose to report entirely anonymously. Inary strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who submit reports in good faith.
